1. Every client must book an appointment with the psychologist prior to a consultation.

2. We accept all medical aid plans that offer psychology consults or mental health on the packages.

3. All clients should call their medical aid to enquire if they cover psychological consultations prior to booking appointments.

4. Some medical aids require a preauthorisation for psychological consultations. Thus, some of ours client may have provide a referral letters from a general practitioner.

5. The client is liable for all payments that are not settled by their medical aid.

6. Our cash price is R1 000 per session per hour and payed prior to the appointment 

7. Cancellation of an appointment by clients should be provided 24hrs prior to the session, and failure to cancel the appointment will lead to clients being held liable for the missed session.
